Title Using Augmented Reality in University Promottion and Marketing
Author(s) Anton Siahaan
Abstract Promotion is one of several strategies to demonstrate the existence of an organization such as a university. Utilization of the latest technology in promotional activities is attracting students to continue their studies in the university. Augmented reality technology is one of the latest technologies that can provide supporting information in promotional activities. This research aimed to build a smart promotional application that can support the information related to the university. This research was conducted using Simplified Software Development Life Cycle method with multimedia approach. Page at university catalog had become an image target to display content augmented with multimedia feature such as video, sound and 3D objects. Based on the evaluation of the research, this application has proved to be able to attract respondents to continue their studies at the university.

Title Mobile Multimedia Evaluation: Development of Stop to Drugs Tutorial
Author(s) Meng Yan, Xiaoying Chang, Jin Lie
Abstract This research is intended to evaluate the development of mobile multimedia based stopping drug tutorial. This tutorial as a campaign that should encourage people’s ability to integrate all information resources from mobile application to stop drugs. The tutorial focuses on how people understand about drugs and what to do if someone is drugs addicted. Stopping drug tutorial is created using ADDIE instructional development method, and during the developing stage, it is done using Multimedia Development Life Cycle according Luther. Subjects of the research are visual communication and computer experts in preliminary development testing. Evaluation was conducted using the analytic descriptive method combining with multimedia evaluation method, and interpreted in a narrative way based on the research findings. The evaluation of mobile multimedia application uses combination of evaluation that is used by educationalist with ISO 9126 that was used by software. The research findings show that mobile mutimedia stop drugs application can be used with minor revision.

Title The Future of Teleteaching in MOOC
Author(s) Martin Bauer, John Drek
Abstract ThIn the last decades, a lot of different e-learning platforms have established. There are several types of them for example teleteaching platforms. For a couple of years, MOOC platforms have come up and have been enjoying great popularity. In this paper we analyze how important teleteaching platforms are in times of MOOCs. A teleteaching platform is understood as an online service which offers live or recorded lectures as video streams. Furthermore, different concepts how teleteaching can be integrated into MOOC courses are discussed as well as approaches to analyze differences in learning outcome and behavior of students using MOOCs and teleteaching platforms. We analyze if there are urgent factors for the use of teleteaching systems with a view on students’ behavior and learn success. It is further discussed how intelligent integration methods can be used to offer students an enhanced learning experience.

Title Broadcast Searchable Keyword Encryption
Author(s) Beatrice Naomi, Tarun Kulrhestha
Abstract Broadcast Searchable Keywords Encryption (BSKE) is a novel scheme that allows searching in encrypted data without knowing a secret key. Consider Bob wants to encrypt the same data under master public key for a group of users and stores this encrypted data with Alice, Malice is one of those recipients he asks Alice using his private key whether or not she has stored encrypted
data ,then Alice will search in all encrypted data using the master public key ,either she finds a matching then returns encrypted data to Malice or does nothing .We hopefully wish Alice will not learn anything from both encrypted data and the query. Our scheme contributes by providing fixed ciphertext O(3) which does not grow with the number of recipients , efficient revocable for users without
resets security parameters and the computational cost in the cloud side only. BSKE is designed based on random oracle model and the scheme is secured against adaptive chosen keyword attack.

Title 3D Image Quality Assessment Based on Texture Information
Author(s) Supasit Chuwatthananurux, Dittaya Wanvarie
Abstract With the increasing growth of multimedia applications over the networking in recent years, users have put forward much higher requirements for multimedia quality of experience (QoE) than before. The objective approaches of image quality assessment play an important role for the development of compression standards and various multimedia applications. Nowadays the quality assessment of 3D (stereoscopic) images faces more new challenges, such as depth perception, virtual view synthesis and asymmetric stereo compression. In this paper, we propose a new Full-Reference (FR) 3D image quality assessment method to measure the distortions between the original and distorted images. The metric has taken into account some properties such as depth component, structure component and gradient component. The performance of the proposed metric is compared with other objective image quality assessment metrics. The experimental results have demonstrated that the proposed metric is highly consistent with the subjective test scores. In addition, the main significance of the metric is that it not only can effectively evaluate the quality of 3D image, but also has a good effect in measuring the quality of 2D image.

Title IT Design Skills Selection for Professional Development
Author(s) Jittima Wongwuttiwat, Takuma Ogawa, Daiki Hiraoka, Shin-ichi Ito
Abstract IT professionals in these days need to obtain multidisciplinary skill sets in order to succeed in their career. Design skill is considered as one of important characteristic for IT professionals. Many researches addressed design skill sets differently. This results in an increasing numbers of design skill items, in which some of those items have their meaning slightly different from each other. These long lists of design skill items can cause to long range of questionnaire. This study evaluates three
techniques used for items selection which help reducing the number of skill items but with expect to remain their value within the selected items. The comparative studies used in this work are random selection, statistics selection, and effective coverage-based selection. The study found that the proposed technique provides the most satisfy result comparing to the other two techniques.
According to this, the reduction rate by using this model is better than random and statistics algorithms about 47.83% and 34.78% respectively. Moreover, the percent coverage by using the proposed model is higher than the traditional methods approximately 13-26 %..
